Things to do in the smallest room in the office
Many office workers say that the only place they get any peace during their day is in the toilet. They happily lock themself in the dunny because they know that, for a few minutes at least, there'll be no phone calls, interruptions, requests from the boss...
The office work ethic often sees people eating lunch at their desk - taking a break to stretch or go for a walk is sometimes frowned upon - as though such things are unproductive. Going to the toilet, however, is a perfectly permissable escape route.
So, why not make the most of it. It can be quite a pleasure. At least one sphincter has to relax completely or it's not worth going at all. And when you let one muscle go, others can relax in sympathy.
Instructions
- As you approach the toilet get out of your head and into your body.
- Feel the pressure building.
- As you relax the relevant muscles, close your eyes and sigh deeply.
- Feel the body letting go in sympathy.
- Don't hurry to finish.
- After the last drop (or plop), stay motionless for a few seconds.
- Walk away with a smile on your face.
- For bonus points visualise unwanted thoughts being flushed down the S-Bend.
